I currently work at the UK Ministry of Justice, where my focus is on rehabilitation and criminal justice reform. Alongside this, I take on consulting work outside government. Recently I worked with the World Bank, helping design and deliver a global Systems Change Lab for people working in public health.
Over the years I've worked across justice, health, public policy, social innovation, the arts, and international development. What draws me to a project isn't the sector so much as the type of problem: ones that involve many different people and organisations, and that don't have one obvious answer.
My way of working is collaborative. I like bringing people together to work through problems rather than tackling them alone, and I try to base decisions on real research and evidence. I also pay attention to how different parts of a system connect, rather than treating issues as if they exist on their own.
I'm open to a range of opportunities, including permanent or contract roles, consulting projects, collaborations, speaking engagements, advisory work, and teaching.
